Who we are

The restaurant opened its doors in 2016 with a short menu and a few tables. The idea was simple: cook the dishes people in Ceara grow up eating, with care and fair prices. The menu grew with our regulars, but the kitchen still works the same way, cooking every day from scratch.

Ordones is a family restaurant in Parque Araxa, Fortaleza, serving honest regional food since 2016.

Our kitchen works with the rhythm of the city: fresh fish from the coast, sun-dried meat from the sertao, and slow-cooked beans the way they are made at home.

What guides us

• Cooked daily — Nothing sits overnight: sauces, beans and rice are made each morning.
• Local produce — We buy from markets and suppliers here in Ceara.
